Did you catch it? Houston Rodeo took to Facebook Live on Monday to announce their lineup for the three week spectacle that is Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Dust off those boots and make plans to two-step your way to Houston this March.
20 chart-topping acts will take the stage beginning March 7 with first timer Aaron Watson. Watson won’t be the only first time act to grace this year’s stage. Blink-182, Chris Stapleton, Meghan Trainor, The Chainsmokers and Old Dominion also make their debut. In all, 11 of the 20 performances will be by first time performers to the Rodeo stage.
But 2017 isn’t just for the new kids. Willie Nelson returns to the lineup for the first time in more than a decade. Alan Jackson is making his 23rd appearance. Brad Paisley will be on stage for the 11th time. Luke Bryan and ZZ Top are each making their 6th appearance.
Season tickets are already on sale. Prices start at $336 each.
Individual performance tickets are available for purchase on Jan 14 at 10 a.m. CST. The “virtual waiting room” opens at 9:30.
