A staple of the BCS area for close to forty years, C&J Barbeque has fed multiple generations of residents and travelers. This family owned and operated business began out of a gas station in 1981 and has since spread to three different locations. C&J even offers catering out of their Bryan location if you wish to have their food at a private event. Their offerings of brisket, sausage, pork, catfish, potato salad and pie have kept customers returning to them for years, and we don’t see business slowing down anytime soon!
