Rami Cerone graduated from TAMU in 1995 and that same year, opened Caffé Capri in Downtown Bryan. While their marinara sauce is a well-guarded family recipe, the open kitchen allows you to see exactly what goes into making your food. Known for using the freshest ingredients served in unique ways, Caffé Capri is also at the forefront of protecting the environment with biodegradable take-out containers and is working toward becoming a zero-waste business. For the 9th straight year, voters have recognized the quality of both the food and the family-friendly atmosphere, voting Caffé Capri the Best Italian Food in BCS.
