Everyone loves Christmas. Even better if it comes twice in one year. For one local business, this is a reality.
Join The Ranch Harley Davidson on July 29th for their fundraiser event benefiting the 29th Annual Brazos de Dios Toy Run.
If you are not familiar with the Toy Run, it’s uniquely different than others. Each year, organizations across Bryan-College Station such as schools, church groups, and the police stations nominate families. The nominated families then go through a vetting process that includes phone calls and home visits so the families with the greatest needs are picked. They also assist the children at Still Creek Ranch in Bryan.
But the highlight for this event is on the actual delivery day, which is December 2, 2017. They will have Santa & Mrs. Claus riding a Motorcycle along with delivery trucks from local partners, and (weather permitting) up to 150 Motorcycles that are police escorted to each home to deliver the toys by hand.
“It’s a very humbling and moving experience that we are so proud to be able to make happen each year that wouldn’t happen without this fundraiser, our many donors, community partners, and numerous volunteers,” The Ranch Marketing Manager Alex Gipson said.
