As days grow shorter and nights get colder, residents prepare for one of the spookiest days of the year! The Downtown Bryan Association will host their Fifth Annual Zombie Ball and Pub Crawl on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Adults get in the Halloween spirit, because festivities will take place throughout Downtown Bryan. This year there will be 12 local bars participating in the pub crawl, including BCS Zoigl, Bistro, Blackwater Draw Brewery, Downtown Uncorked, Halo, LaSalle Hotel, Murphy’s Law, Papa Perez, The Proudest Monkey, Revolution Café and Bar, Rx Pizza, and The Village Café.

Dress to scare, if you dare! There will be costume contests at every bar, where participants will compete for the prize of the overall winning costume. The winner of the costume contest will be announced at midnight at The Village Café, and the announcement will be followed by a dance party. Don’t have a costume? Get your face painted at the Zombification Station, located at the Downtown Uncorked and The Village.

Throughout the pub crawl, every bar will have $4 drink specials. Revolutions Bar and Grill will host a concert, and Halo will put on a drag show.

With the purchase of a ticket, you will be given a passport that will be stamped at every bar that you visit for a chance to win the grand prize drawing. Also, the ticket includes the drink specials, activities in each bar, access to the DJ Dance Party and costume contest, the concert at Revolution Café and face painting.

In addition, you will be granted $5 off of the entrance fee of the Fright Nights Haunted House at The Palace Theatre. The haunted house will be open from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. that Saturday, and regular price admission tickets are $10.

You wouldn’t want to miss out on this annual event! What’s more fun than dressing up and bar hopping with some friends? Come out, enjoy the Texas breeze and get into your spooky Halloween vibes.

The Zombie Ball and Pub Crawl tickets are $5, and they can be purchased through the Zombie Ball and Pub Crawl Facebook event page or through Eventbrite online.
