First Friday is on its way, so why not take it to the next level and treat yourself like the royalty you are? D’Vine Cuisine can add some class to your fun night out with their upscale dining event, the Supper Club, held every First Friday. Always offering a unique four-course meal, June 7th’s Supper Club is no exception with its Southern-inspired menu. So get away from the crowds, take a seat, and let the courses begin at 6:30 p.m. just as the summer evening settles over Downtown Bryan.

The meal will begin with corn and andouille beignets with a Creole remoulade followed by a pear and bacon salad. Your entrée includes a choice between herb roasted strip loin with peach-chipotle glaze or apple cider braised game hen. Don’t miss the jalapeno cornbread pudding and be sure to save room for dessert, bruleed buttermilk tart with berries and cream. Talk about devine!

Although the menu for each event is set, small modifications can be made in advance for those with dietary restrictions, according to co-owner and co-creator, Kantessa Castillo, who began D’Vine Cuisine with her husband, Billy. The Castillos met at TAMU, where Billy would often cook for their friends. Later on, they realized Billy’s “hobby” was really a passion that couldn’t be ignored, and the two began D’Vine Cuisine. For guests, Supper Club is a win/win, providing a fun, relaxed way to enjoy this couple’s superior talents without needing to host a private event. “It’s an opportunity to put together something creative to eat,” Castillo says. “Guests are invited to stay if they want to hang out with us, or they can leave after the last course is served.”

The D’Vine Cuisine Supper Club has been held for the past two years in their event space in Bryan, where they also host rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and private parties. At the First Friday events, D’Vine Cuisine offers significant others, friends, family and even coworkers an unforgettable meal, with seating reservations for two up to twelve people per table. With the Supper Club’s ever-changing menu, you can make every First Friday a new experience worth savoring.

Supper Clubs are BYOB, but tea, soft drinks, and coffee are included. Tickets are $55.
