Student radio station KANM presents the KANM Comeback Tour at the Grand Stafford Theater on April 8. KANM Student Radio is a fully student-run radio station located in the Memorial Student Center on Texas A&M’s campus.

Known as “the college station of College Station,” KANM strives to provide non-commercial music and views to the Bryan/College Station community that aren’t available on local or popular national stations. The diverse radio station has been broadcasting since 1971 and streams anything from EDM to country to indie rock, and everything in between.

KANM’s Comeback Tour event is the station’s first concert since the radio stream has been back up. The event serves as a fundraiser for the student-run radio station, as well as a showcase for local artists. The bands performing this year are HYAH, Mutant Love, Interracial Dinonysus, and Wartime Afternoon. Majority of the bands performing consist of current Aggies or Former Students and the overall sound of the event’s lineup is best described as alternative/indie rock.

If you attend the Comeback Tour event, you are guaranteed a night full of great music and good fun. Everyone is invited to attend this event on April 8 at The Grand Stafford Theater in Downtown Bryan. The event takes place on Texas A&M’s ring/family weekend and is the perfect event to bring the whole family to enjoy.

Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at the Grand Stafford website or purchased the night of at the door. So grab your friends and family and head on out to the Grand Stafford Theater on April 8 at 7pm to attend KANM’s Comeback Tour. All proceeds will benefit the student-run radio station, KANM.
