The party starts at 1:00 p.m. sharp, so strap on your apron and get out to the The Vintage House Restaurant for all the how-to’s you’ll need to make a tasty meal.
Every month, you can come and learn many helpful cooking tips, trips, and wine pairings from Messina Hof’s chef. Each party focuses on a specialty cuisine, and on the menu this month: Texas Game. This three course menu will feature Pork Belly Confit, Rack of Lamb, and, for dessert, Wild Blackberry Napoleon. As always, each course will be paired with a Messina Hof wine.
Come on out and spend some time with Messina Hof’s chef for a delicious meal and a great time. The good times don’t stop at the end of the party because you’ll go home with a full belly, a recipe booklet to continue practicing your culinary skills, and an entry in a drawing to win a special prize.
