What makes a 5K great? Make the course pass through a beautiful winery! That’s what the Messina Hof Wine and Roses 5K and Half Marathon does each year, and people of the Brazos Valley are loving it. Runners are treated to prizes such as a tri-blend shirt, race-bib and a commemorative wine glass for completing the race. Following the event, participants have full access to one of the finest breakfast buffets in the Brazos Valley. If that doesn’t get you running, nothing will.
