Texas A&M MSC OPAS presents the 2006 Tony, Grammy, and Olivier Award Winning Best Musical, “Jersey Boys!”. The musical tells the story of Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, The Four Seasons: Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi.
The show presents the group’s story in documentary fashion. The musical is divided into “four seasons” as each season is narrated by a different member of the band. Each member shares the group’s story from his own perspective and gives the audience an inside look into their their rise to fame.
Viewers can expect to hear some of The Four Season’s most popular songs and see some of their famous moves. Songs include: “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Sherry,” “December 1963 (Oh, What A Night),” “My Eyes Adored You,” “Stay,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You,” “Working My Way Back to You” and “Rag Doll.” The creative team behind the traveling musical includes two-time Tony Award winning director Des McAnuff, book writers Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, composer Bob Gaudio, lyricist Bob Crewe and excellent choreography by Sergio Trujillo.
