You find yourself driving down Texas Avenue between George Bush and Harvey…do you smell that? It smells like a delicious burger and fries. It’s Wayback Burgers; the new burger joint in town and it is worth the turn- around.
We went in with a mission to try all of the most ordered items on the menu. This menu is big and included patty melts, a burger called the “Rodeo” which has an onion ring on it, and a “Philly” with grilled onions. We tried the “Cheesy” that went all out with 4 pieces of cheese and grilled buttered bread. Let me tell you, the sides are worth a long look because there you will find that they have mac and cheese bites. Yes! They’re worth it.
